 My Dear Kaavyansh, actually, let me address you by Kunnu, it's more personal and closer to my heart. On my 43rd birthday, I'm starting a series of conversations which I can't have with you much because of your age-limitations. Don't get me wrong, these would be all abstract talks and you might make sense of these as you grow old.  Khushboo, when she reads this, might ask me why only write for you and not for her. The answer is whatever talk I want to have with her, I have with her on the spot.  Ok. Enough gibberish! Let me come straight to the point. I wanted to tell you that I've always admired the poem 'If' by Rudyard Kipling. In fact, when I joined Northern Trust, it was that poem which I put in front of my desk. The other thing was Phonetic Dictionary. So, 'If' is actually a poem from a father to his son in which the father tells his son how to deal with different and challenging circumstances.
